How to shop & place an order?

Go to the ‘LOGIN / REGISTER’ screen and create an account. Once you create an account you can shop on the website. Choose your preferred items from our product categories- SHOP, then select quantity / color / shape, then click ‘ADD TO BASKET’. Proceed to ‘CHECKOUT’ in your ‘SHOPPING CART’ when you have finished adding everything that you want. Follow the instructions given, view billing, payment and shipping details before you PROCEED TO CHECKOUT, confirm and pay. A copy of ‘Order Confirmation’ will be emailed to you so be sure to check your inbox.

Can I modify or cancel my order after I submit?

Yes, you can cancel your order by contacting us via email, stating your order number and the items that you have ordered. However, you can only cancel your order before making payment. We are unable to cancel or modify your order after we have received your payment.

How much are the shipping charges (postage)? 

After you have done shopping, go to ‘VIEW BASKET’ on right top of the page. Please view the available shipping option and the charges.

What are the SHIPPING METHODS available?

~ International orders will be shipped by our selected EASY PARCEL COURIER PARTNERS.

~Malaysia orders will be shipped by J&T EXPRESS or EASY PARCEL COURIER PARTNERS.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Domestic orders normally arrive within 3-4 days (West Malaysia), 5-7 days (East Malaysia), 10-14 days (International) of shipping, unless otherwise noted.


Yes, you can self-collect the purchased items on MON-SAT during our OPERATION HOURS at our office showroom located at SUNWAY DAMANSARA, PETALING JAYA, SELANGOR.

Why do I have to sign up for an account? Is it free?

It is Free. By signing up for an account with us, you will be able to shop faster, earn the
member rewards BOX POINTS, be up to date on your orders status, and keep track of
the orders you have previously made.


Take note of the “Order Status” column.  There are 4 types of order status: 

  • ON HOLD : This is usually applicable to offline payment, in which we still haven’t received your payment.
  • PROCESSED : We have received the full payment from you, and preparing to ship your order.
  • COMPLETED : We have already shipped the order to you.
  • CANCELLED: Your order is cancelled due to some unexpected reasons.

Therefore, you are only required to take action if your order status is “On Hold”. Kindly proceed with the payment and verify with us if you have already done so. Otherwise, feel free to track the shipment of your order via J&T if your order status is “Shipped”. Please take note that the tracking service is not always real-time. Nevertheless, you shall receive your order within 1-3 days after we shipped your order.


Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number for your parcel, you may track the status and whereabouts of the parcel online in real time.


The whole online shopping process is considered completed once you have received your order. Please check whether the received item is exactly as what you have ordered and in good condition. If you have received a damage products, kindly write us an email and the related photos proof.
