All items purchased through BOX2PAC are non-refundable. 

For special order, bulk purchase or pre-order items, upon date of confirmation, the order cannot be changed or cancelled by the customer unless otherwise agreed and all deposit and further deposit (if any) maybe forfeited without prejudice to damages or losses of BOX2PAC.

Full payment to be paid upon confirmation of sales/order for special, bulk or pre-order items. Payment or any deposit paid on confirmed order is non-refundable. 

Our policy is non-refundable for the items sell through but we will accept return according to the terms and condition in the return policy below.


Your satisfaction is important to us. offers the finest quality boxes and packaging, and other various items. We want you to be satisfied with every item you purchase from However we do not offer return/refund OR exchange unless the product is faulty or damaged. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. But in the event you received faulty item, simply follow the instructions below.

Buyers need to inform [email protected] about the defective items within 7 days of shipped date of the product to get the approval, if buyers had intent to return an item. The approval of return must be accepted by before buyers making shipment return. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and return delivery. 

BOX2PAC will pay the return shipping costs for buyers, if the product is defective or return as a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of purchase. Buyer will full responsibility for the product damage/ lost, during the return shipping, thus buyers are advised to use insured courier shipping like J&T, Poslaju, City-Link, Nationwide, Fedex, DHL, etc.

The approval return product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in good condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in place for return to be issued. No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer.


**BOX2PAC reserves the rights to accept or reject the returning of a product.

**We will not entertain any exchange/refund at store if you order online without informing our online team first.


  • Custom or Made To Order items are considered Non-returnable
  • All returns must be shipped prepaid in resalable condition ideally in original packaging with your receipt or packing slip.
  • All returns are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issue of a credit or refund.
  • We cannot take responsibility for any item(s) lost or damaged during return shipping

How to request for RETURN/EXCHANGE?

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason, buyer is responsible for the return shipping amount. The return request must be accepted by before any physical shipment return is attempted. Buyers are advised to use insured courier shipping solution since buyers take the full responsibility of the product damage/lost during the return shipping.

Please write us a brief email explaining what the problem is with your purchase and how you would like us to handle the transaction.

In that same email, be sure to include:

  2. Contact Name
  3. Contact Number
  4. Return or Exchange Option
  5. How/ Where to pick up the return goods (or Send back to
  6. How/ Where you would like the refund or exchange delivered ( or self-collect/ send back to you )

We will contact you shortly for the arrangement to pick up the return goods. Our Customer Service staff will give you the address for you to mail or return your purchase. 

Please note that if you choose to order additional items when making an return/exchange there may be a delivery charge added to your order (this will be determined by the amount of the additional items). We will contact you with the delivery cost should one be added prior to complete your order.
