How to shop & place an order ?
Choose your preferred items from our product Categories, then select quantity / color / shape, then click ‘Add to Cart’. Proceed to ‘Checkout’ in your ‘Shopping Cart’ when you have finished adding everything that you want. Follow the instructions given, view billing and payment details before you confirm and pay. A copy of ‘Order Confirmation’ will be emailed to you so be sure to check your inbox.

Can I modify or cancel my order after I submit?
Yes, you can cancel your order by contacting us via email, stating your order number and the items that you have ordered. However, you can only cancel your order before making payment. We are unable to cancel or modify your order after we have received your payment.
How much are the shipping charges (postage)?
After you have done shopping, go to ‘View Shopping Cart’ on top of the page. Click ‘Estimate Your Shipping’ button to view shipping option and charges.
What are the SHIPPING METHODS available?
International orders will be shipped by Pos International Parcel or EMS (Express Mail Service). Malaysia orders will be shipped by Pos Parcel or PosLaju Malaysia.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
Please see FAQ guide for International and Malaysia customers. Keep in mind that the listed delivery time is an estimation and is the amount of time it takes after we have sent you "Shipped Order" notice email, not after the time you place your order.
Can I SELF COLLECT ?
Yes, you can self collect the purchased items on weekdays during office hours at our sales office located at Kepong, Manjalara.
What kind of PAYMENT do you accept?
For LOCAL (MALAYSIA) Orders, we accept:
- Bank Transfer
- Payment via iPay88 (Credit Cards, FPX Banking, eWallet etc.)
- Paypal account

After bank-in, please email us the scanned copy of the payment slip email us with the following details:
- Order reference no.
- Your name and contact no.
- Payment amount and indicate if cash or cheque
- Date and time of bank-in
- Cheque number if payment by cheque
(*Please note that order will only be processed after the cheque is cleared or cash is deposited.)
For INTERNATIONAL Orders, we accept:
- Pre-payment via Bank Transfer
- Major credit cards such as Visa and Master Card via Paypal.
- PayPal Payments - We recommend that you make payment using PAYPAL or CREDIT CARD as they are the simplest and fastest ways.
- We accept major credit cards payment through PayPal's secure payment processing system service. PayPal ensures transaction security and integrity, so you can be assured of a secure and seamless checkout process.

Why do I have to sign up for an account? Is it free?
It is Free. By signing up for an account with us, you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on your orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made.
UNDERSTAND YOUR ORDER STATUS
Take note of the "Order Status" column. There are 4 types of order status:
- Pending : This is usually applicable to offline payment, in which we still haven't received your payment.
- Processed : We have received the full payment from you, and preparing to ship your order.
- Shipped : We have already shipped the order to you.
- Cancelled : Your order is cancelled due to some unexpected reasons.
Therefore, you are only required to take action if your order status is "Pending". Kindly proceed with the payment and verify with us if you have already done so. Otherwise, feel free to track the shipment of your order via Poslaju if your order status is "Shipped". Please take note that the tracking service is not always real-time. Nevertheless, you shall receive your order within 1-3 days after we shipped your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number for your parcel, you may track the status and whereabouts of the parcel online in real time.
RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
The whole online shopping process is considered completed once you have received your order.
Please check whether the received item is exactly as what you have ordered and in good conditions. If not, kindly request for return or exchange by following the instructions here.
